Danell's Halloween Party
Well me and the girls traveled to St. George to go to Danell's AWESOME Halloween Party, so she totally spent so much time on and everthing was so much fun and well planned out. Wayne's family drove out too, so we had even more fun. I love hanging out with family it's so much fun and I really love a GREAT party. Wayne told Danell she had to do this anually. I think Danell freaked out a bit considering how much time and effort was put into it. As for me it's all worth it if it's a GREAT success, and Danell it was! Thanks again! and great job on all the food and decor.
Happy Birthday to ME!
Well it was my Birthday, and for those who didn't know, oh well there will be many more. I had a great day. Jon made me yummy German BAby Pancakes with my favorite orange juice. (Simply Orange). He bought me flowers. Alix made me a card and I have to say it was the big Highlight of my Day! It truely meant the world to me, and I starting thinking about the quote that says "The best things in life aren't things" It's family for me, a loving family that is! To top of my day of fun we ended at Joe's Crab Shack my favorite party place. I got BBQ Dungenus Crab, and JOn got the Brand new Sweat & Sticky Dungenus Crab. Oh how I wish I got that it was YUMMY! Lucky for me it was my birthday, so Jon shared a lot of it with me. Thanks Babe!!!
Halloween Festival
Here's me and the girls at the Sunset Fall Festival. It was a lot of fun. We went with my friend Niki and her little girl Presley and boy Emmett. We had a blast. For $5.00 The kids got to ride all the rides, go to a petting farm, pick out a pumpkin and get a water bottle. Thanks Mitzie for inviting us we had a BLAST!

Park Day
I decided to take the kids to the park after stopping at McDonald's for a Happy Meal. The kids love going to the park. Here is Addison take a big bite out of Alix's chicken nugget. I thought it was so cute. Alix told me it's almost my birthday. She then asked me if I was going to call my mom and tell what presents I want for my birthday! I laughed again and I am laughing still. I love children and the funny things that come out of their mouths!!!
Dress-ups
Okay I totally have to laugh because I was downstairs and I heard Addison fussing so I ran upstairs and found Alix putting on some of her princess dress-ups on Addison. I thought it was so funny I had to run back downstairs to capture the moment. After taking the picture I noticed and you can see in the background Alix helped herself to some chips and got them all over her room. What a crazy girl and poor Addison she puts up with so much junk from Alix. Oh well moments like these is what keeps me smiling throughout the day.

Chocolate Plate
The other day while I was out shopping & found these great plates. I decided to buy them and put a yummy chocolate saying on it. Well my husbands favorite saying. I just think it turned out so cute. I am now going to sale them at my Make & Take party I am having next week. It will be my first one. I'll let you know how it goes! My camera washed a lot of the color out so it doesn't do the actually piece justice. Oh well I love it & it looks great in my house!

Halloween Decor!
During General Conference I decided finish making my pumpkin garlands that go on my trees, (a project my sister Danell and I started two weeks ago and never finished). I also couldn’t find the perfect wreath for my door, (which let me tell you Wreaths are my new obsession), so I decided to make this one. It was great Joanne Fabric here in vegas is the best craft store we got. My friend Niki told me about it, and I thought to myself, It can’t be that great. Well down here it’s a Super Store. It’s Awesome. So I guess I don’t need to go to the very expensive craft store Michael's anymore.
Making Halloween Cookies
The other day I promised Alix that we would make Sugar Cookies. This is always a lot of fun for all of us. Dad tried to help Alix with the sprinkles, but she would in form him he was doing it all wrong and then show him how to do it. I’m telling you she is a Pro Cookie Girl. This was a crazy day for all of us. All in one day we broke a pumpkin glass candy jar and 2 corning-ware dishes and to top it off Alix dropped the small round Sprinkles ALL OVER the floor. I have a feeling I am going to be sweeping up sprinkles for a very long time :)
Close Call
Saturday morning Jon was so cute to watch the kids and make German Baby Pancakes (Our Families favorite Breakfast), Saturday morning while I was taking a shower and getting ready for the day until Jon turned his back and Addison fell off the countertop onto the tile floor. I heard the fall all the way upstairs and ran down immediately. Jon was almost in tears while Our Little Addi was crying. Jon gave Addi a blessing that she would be alright, After the blessing he noticed while his hands where on her head there was a bump on her head, so to be on the safe side I took her into Urgent Care. After a while they referred me to the E.R. and case she needed a CAT scan. Thankful the Doctors there decided a CAT scan was not necessary, because Little Addi wasn’t having any of the symptoms for them to think there was bleeding in the brain, by checking her ears and eyes. There was no concussion, or vomiting either. The doctor also check her spine to makes sure it was fine too. Thankful and again our family is blessed. And to Echo Eyring’s talk. Saturday I feel the Lord had a hand in Little Addi’s life. As for Jon we love him and always will and it’s nice to know if we slip up at times the Lord’s hand is there when we should have never slipped up in the first place.
General Conference
Conference I say every time was the best. My two favorite talks were Elder Eyrings’ and Sister Becks’.
Eyrings’ talked a lot about Journal writing , and I immediately thought about my blog, but also told myself my once every two weeks is not cutting it for me. I loved what Elder Eyring said, (not in exact words but close), Ask yourselves every night, How has the hand of the Lord help you today? I love that question and I believe that the Lord is in our lives more than we think.
Sister Becks talk was great too. It talked a lot on mothers. I love that topic, because I am a mother :) I feel the world needs better mothers, and I feel I need to step it up a bit, when she said that Latter Day Saint good women should be the best mothers in the world. We are the example. (Something like that).
Like always I have a lot to work on and I am grateful for that the Lord get LDS all over the world and bring them together to uplift, enlighten, & cultivate us. I am grateful to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Preschool
What an exciting day for everyone. We took tons of picture and celebrated with dots ice-cream afterwards. Alix especially loves that she is going to preschool with her favorite cousin who is only 2 months apart Denim. This is great for mom because we carpool and for the first time gets some alone time with Addison.
On The Go!
Watch out everyone she is on the go, and fast. Addison is all over the place and loves to figure out her big sister Alix’s little bike too. She is defiantly getting the hang of things and she loves dragging her dolls around the house. She is quite the character and moms loving that she is getting 8-10 hours of undisturbed sleep FINALLY! That’s why I have more time and energy creating this blog.
Gymnastics Class
Well it’s not ballet, because they only offer her age group on Saturdays, but it’s a lot of fun. We probably wont do this class again for the fact that I don’t see the twinkle in her eye like I did in ballet. The first day at this class Alix told her coach about her chicken bite (chigger bite) & her spider scratch (a four inch scratch on her leg). The coach got a big kick out of it and of course I did too, cause she has been telling the story since we’ve got back from Kansas (month ago).
Another Round @ Disneyland
Jon got a five day weekend so we decided to use our season passes again and travel the unforgettable magic of Disneyland. We loved it like always . On the way there we were driving about 80 miles per hour. There was a motorcycle whose back tire blew right in front of us. I’ll I remember thinking I said my prayer before we left and it’s in the Lords hands. Well he blessed us again because by some miraculous reason the motorist fishtailed safely to the side of the road with out being falling or being hit. That’s one more blessing I need to be grateful for.

My New Business
It’s where the story begins. I decided to start up a vinyl company and so far I am loving it. It’s fun to be creative and another way. It’s been so much fun. I think next year I will be ready for the holidays. This is I got my cutter late and then slowly learned how to use it, and now I do and no I’m in business. Let me know if you would like vinyl for a Super Saturday, or large group and I can hook you up some free vinyl!
