EASTER Morning

This year rather then buying Easter dressings I decided to buy Easter outfits. My girls really didn't need dresses right now. I love matching outfits. I know I am totally corny, but I figure the girls love it too, so go with it, cause I know it will be sooner then I hope one of them will not want to wear the same thing. Coming from a family of six girls my mother LOVED to dress us in the same clothes; however, 5 girls within 8 years, you can only guess how hard it was to find outfits that matched, so I remember the 3 youngsters me being one of them all had matching clothes. I loved it. I thought we all looked darling. One of the best things about it is you can find your entire family really fast and easy. Believe you me being in Bass Pro Shop by myself on their fun Easter Egg Hunt it really came in handy considering I was on my own. Jon had to work. He also had to work Easter morning. So we had a very early Easter so we can enjoy it all together. The girls didn't mind :)

Here are a few pictures trying to get the girls together.

Addison doesn't always like to cooperate.

Heres Addison trying really hard.

Here's Addison thinking "FINALLY I'M FREE"

Addison finally satisfied and is willing to smile for the picture.

THESE NEXT PICTURES . . .

are random Easter pictures.

We bought the girls bubbles and decided to have the  bubble machine on while the girls hunted for eggs. After the initial shock from Addison she finally started hunting for eggs. (Dont' you love that face?)

Here is another funny face from "Addi."  Candy makes her very HAPPY!

Lately I have been finding out that there are not a lot of pictures of me. Which is fine cause I love snapping a way. but I found one :) so enjoy.

Emberlynn was sleeping during this time. Poor girl couldn't stay awake. darn it :(

Prepare Yourself for lots of Posts Coming

A week before Easter . . .
(Yes that's how behind I am) my sister Tanya and her family came down to visit. We had lots of fun and of course we went to the Discover Museum. They ended up buying a year pass so they can use it up in Utah. Smart thinking. To find out they gave her the pass and I just got one in the mail. So I have an extra pass. I told Tanya I need to shred it. It's too much of a temptation to use it on my friends. She said, "Don't Shred It" Maybe I should sell it too one of my other sisters at least someone paid for it and I get out ahead:)  (Totally kidding

THANKS FOR VISITING US!

ANOTHER WEEK . . .
I hung out with my Medical School Group Friends. We haven't had a park day for maybe two years. So we decided to all get together again and talk about our men. Even though I talk to a lot of them on regular basis. It was fun just seeing ALL (OR I SHOULD SAY MOST OF) them.

ANOTHER WEEK, . . .
we got invited to go to a really fun Primary Carnival by the really great friend Maria who I grow up all my life and some how 29 years later we live only 5 minutes away from. We were meant to be together I guess :) I love this picture cause it brings flashbacks when Maria and I were little. Aren't we cute (oh I mean aren't our kids cute:) )

ANOTHER WEEK . . . we headed to the park. I really cherish these days. They are the funnest. We try to make it to the park (With dad that is) every other week and just play. We rarely play on the swing-set or the toys. We mainly just love taking the soccer ball, run around the field and just tackle each other. (Jon's trying to raise some tough Rugby girls I guess) Any way they are tough and fast as a motocycle Alix would say. Thanks to Uncle Brendan no one is faster then him cause he has one.
My child can be so random and I love it.

Here is my baby girl, I love her so much! What a happy baby she is :)

The end of a great day at the park!

ANOTHER WEEK . . .
we went visiting teaching. I love this and years pass I wouldn't bring my children, but since I have been visit teaching Mary I have to bring them. They love her so much and Mary loves them too. They are like their Vegas Grandmas. WE have to adopt grandmas cause Grandma Val lives in Canada and my mother has passed. Anyway I had to grab my cool camera that I keep in my purse now when I saw Mary on the floor teaching the girls how approach "Cookie" her dog. Cookie is usually in the other room cause Addison was too scared of her no Addi loves Cookie and buys her treats.  I have been VT Mary for a year and a half and she is so wonderful recently when we go over there we will bake cookies together. It's so much fun.

I know Mary is not reading this and maybe that's a good thing cause she would probably make me take this picture off, but I do love her and want to thank her for being so wonderful to me and my family.

EXTREMELY BUSY

I know I haven't posted for awhile besides being EXTREMELY busy with my business, family, cleaning, Alix Surgery, teaching preschool, my calling, I still haven't figured out my new camera my father-in-law bought me just because he loves me. I have tons of pictures but haven't had time to really figure out how to download them cause for some strange reason only 8 pictures downloaded to my iphoto and the rest I had to use the Nikon software to transfer them and now I'm figuring out where they all went and how to transfer them all back to iphoto. This is completely complicated but I will figure it out (I guess I should say Jon will figure them out once he stops working 7 days a week. At least this week he only worked 65 hours rather the 80 hours of week he worked the week of Spring Break :)

Like I said I have been EXTREMELY BUSY!

Happy Easter!

Today I found this video on the church website. It's so beautiful. I would agree with many of you that when I first heard these words last week at General Conference I was graciously touch. I was grateful that they made a video out of it.

I met Jeffery R. Holland when I was working at Bed Bath & Beyond when I was in college. I remember I was working in the bath area on the computer and I felt an amazing feeling that slowly forced my eyes up and to my amazement I saw him. I walked right up to him and I totally wish I could have gotten it together, but I will admit I was a mess. I felt the spirit so strong and I couldn't get it together, so here I am completely bawling couldn't speak a word, and he said to me. What's your name? Still totally bawling I answered. Then he wrapped me in his arms and held me tight. I still couldn't mutter a word. I just remember thinking how in my life time I always wanted to touch an apostles hand and I did. I really did. Elder Holland told me I was a such sweet spirit and said goodbye. I will always remember the feeling I had that forced my eyes to look up.

I am grateful that I had the opportunity to meet an apostle of the Lord and better yet to hug one

I am also grateful for my Savior, Jesus Christ. I had an opportunity to attend a funeral a week ago. It was really beautiful. We sang "I Know that My Redeemer LIves-click here to here it" It was a song that my mom asked to be song at her funeral. I will always remember because it was like that song was her dying testimony.

Some of my favorite words in that song are

He lives to plead for me above
He lives to bless me with His love
He lives to hear my soul's complaint
He lives to wash away my tears
He lives to calm my troubled heart
Oh, sweet the joy this sentence gives.
I know that my Redeemer Lives.

Happy Easter!

WHO LOVES ME?

Who Loves Me?
I saw this on a friends blog and I totally wanted something from her because she is one of my inspirations.

So, here is the deal: The first five people to comment on this post will get something made by me.

This offer does have some restrictions and limitations:

1 - I make no guarantees that you will like what I make.
2 - What I make will be just for you.
3 - It will be done this year.
4 - You have no clue what it's going to be. Who knows? Not you that is for sure!
5 - I reserve the right to do whatever I want!

The catch? Oh, the catch is that you must re-post this on your blog and offer the same deal to 5 of your own lucky blog readers.
So, the first 5 people to leave a comment telling me they are in, will win
a FAB-U-LOUS homemade gift by me! Oh, and be sure to post a picture of what you win when you get it.

Let the games begin!
