We love the zoo in the spring too! Here's us with our old but first neighbors here in New York. We miss them so much.
Also this year we did something NEW and DIFFERENT to us that is we celebrated the PASSOVER! Such a great week we had as we reflected on the Savior during the Easter Holiday. Thanks to my sister for printing me off a great packet that made it all happen. We learned so much!
Here's some food we had. The kids loved the fish not so much the dates, but my friend who's a Greek Orthodox said they are yummy cold and a smear of PB on them and he was right!
We washed our hands at the table too cause thats what they did. I loved that I got to use this Batik tablecloth my father-in -law bought be in Indonesia. It looked like something you can get in Israel.
:-)
We also celebrated Easter with our the Village of Lynbrook.
Mason had no idea what to do. This is how many he got at the end of the race... hahaha.
An older girl saw Mason's basket and gave her some. I thought that was sweet. One thing I didn't like is they split them all up and ages and all my kids were in different races and they started them all at the same time. So I stayed with Mason and Jon stayed with MB and we let the older kids finn for themselves.
We all joined up to see the Easter Bunny though!
Mason was really brave I couldn't believe Mason sat on his lap.
The kids found {well Addison} the bunny costume from the Halloween costumes box and played the Easter Bunny for the entire day.
MB sorting her eggs after Addison's hunt!
