{Christmas Happenings 1}

So MB loves loves horses and asked for these babies for Christmas. I felt a little bad but she didn't get them but she still had a wonderful Christmas. MB is obsessed over horses.

Elder Hall served in our ward and is a great singer when he got home from his mission he made this video for his ward Christmas Party and he shared on FB, so one Sunday morning I brought my computer on the kitchen table while we ate a nicely prepared breakfast on one of the first Sundays of the month to help create a Christmas mood centered around Christ. this video was one of them I should the kids while we ate breakfast. We ended up playing it over and over again even into the night. Mason would sit there and just watch it over and over again until it put him asleep.

Elder Hall sang the song "Mary Did You KNow?"

 

Lynbrook Branch Christmas Party

Jon was one of the 3 Kings!

This year they had the youth put on the Christmas Story. It was pretty hilarious rather than touching! hahaha. And who ever set of the tables didn't think about the stage for the play, so they didn't in the middle of everyone. We don't have a gym at our branch which is sad so this room used to be our old chapel. We moved it after 6 months after they built our nice one upstairs.

Here's my wonderful awesome friend Cecilia. She organized the youth to do it. She's a rock star like that.

During the party her 7 year old boy ran up to us and shook the bottle of sprite and quickly opened it and it totally exploded all over the place. This evening just kept getting better!!!

Meet our wonderful friends the Hunters moved from Staten Island.

The primary did save the say by singing Christmas songs so angelic! Next to MB is one of her best friends Samara. She just arrived from Haiti just weeks before the party. She was just a new friend then. The girl in the white is another BF, Olivia.

I love our Lynbrook Branch! and all the parties we have with all kinds of ethnic foods! So fun!  Our branch speaks Creole, English and Spanish. {We translate for those three} There are more languages spoke to like Africans and french.
