{Brooklyn -Friends, Fun & Pizza}

When we moved here to NY some of our close friends moved to Brooklyn. if you look on a map you can see that Brooklyn is maybe only 15 miles away. Well that 15 miles takes us 45-60 minutes (longer then it takes us to get to Manhattan) crazy eh. Anyway it was far overdue to pay a visit to them. i hate the drive to Brooklyn, the roads are so crappy and believe you me if you haven't been to NY you really have no idea how bad these roads can be and the drivers. Let's say I'm glad Jon was driving again. We safely made it to Brooklyn and it was a neat experience.

So we went to their home first to see how they lived. i wanted so badly to take pictures but of everything, but sometimes when I'm in good company i forget about taking pictures. So apologize and will do better next time we are there.

After checking out where they live we walked to Prospect Park then through Prospect Park then at the end of Prospect Park we arrived at the Prospect Park Discovery Zoo. it was so much fun. The Noorda's are buying a season pass there which would be awesome to be so close and go once a week.

Here we are as we just entered the Zoo
(sorry for all the zoo pics hope you are not bored of them- we are not we love the zoos)

i love this ground hog spot if you look closely you can see the ground hog popping up as well as Addison.

They had fun lily pads you can leap on.

Here's little Mason in the stroller hanging out.

Here is Jon and Brian hanging out. Jon's can be quite the goof sometimes. i love Brians shirt.  we laughed when they told us they need to "represent".  So do i! So  i guess i will be keeping my eye out for a shirt.

Watching the turtles

 i needed to stop and feed Mason while everyone had to see how far they can jump.
Julie took some pictures of me. i was getting really into it, so we will have to check out her blog soon and see if you post some of them.

 My Two Handsome Boys

Julie & Me with the kids minus- her Addison & Mason

After the zoo and took a beautiful walk through Prospect Park again

 Cute Tayla

 We took a bunch of pictures on our iphone and lame me hasn't downloaded off of Jon's phone, so  i will have to add more to this post later.

After returning back to their home we order some True Brooklyn Pizza and hung out for some time before we headed out. What  a fun Day trip that was. We are sure to be back and visit again.

Thanks Noordas!
