{Lynbrook Branch Christmas Paegant}

Our Lynbrook Branch had a wonderful Christmas Dinner. After the dinner we had a beautiful Christmas Pageant that was directed by our Primary Singing Teacher and close friend Emily. She did such a wonderful job. It was so much fun to see this come together from last year's costumes made by our Branch President's Wife and our little Creche made by a volunteer in the Branch Presidency. It was funny cause three different people asked to make it. I love this little branch. I love seeing everything come together through service and love. This room is in the basement of our church it used to be where they would hold sacrament meeting. A year ago they made a beautiful half size chapel upstairs. It looks like an office building on the outside and was shared with a Dermatologist Office. There lease now ran out and the church is now going to expand the Chapel, they were trying to get a gym but looks like it wont happen cause of NY codes, but they are still trying to make it work.

I love this little Branch. It is such a diverse group of people from all over the world. It was combined with a Spanish Branch so there is a lot of translating to do.
Anyway here is the Primary presenting the
Christmas Paegant.

Here's Everyone.

 These little Angels were singing "Angels we have heard on High" Addison was darling and was so brave singing her part.

 Here are the shepherd. Alix was really nervous about this cause she never knew of a girl shepherd. She was so stoked when she found out her costume was PINK.

 Here are the handsome 3 Wise-man singing their song and off to the right you see Emily.

After everything was done all the kids were running around but not Alix she was so intrigued with her color placemat.Cecilia another great friend was a the Ward Activity Chairman and she did a great job. The evening was beautiful and a great success.

 Here is one of many of our favorite missionaries. Are family has been really close to them in fact almost every single one of them. I laugh all the time cause they always find any excuse to come over and visit. We have them over all the time for dinner and to teach investigators. They would be around more if Jon was around more. I love when they invite themselves over for dinner by saying, "Since Jon is less active (cause he works lots of Sundays) LOL can we come over to visit?"

Some how we enjoy their company as much as they enjoy our. I think they like us so much cause we remind them so much of home. We do stand out a bit in our little branch. But on the same token they remind me so much of our home too so it all works out.

Here is Elder Davis he is from LAS VEGAS, NV.
He will attend UNLV when he gets home and wants to pursue a career in Medicine. My girls were very much in love with him as was he. He just found out he was transferring and needed a picture with my girls. We will miss you Elder Davis.
